Automatic plastic bag making machines, sealing, cutting machines with photocell for printed bags and without photocell for unprinted bags. Single seal bar, double seal bar or double seal bar with side sealing. Built in adjustable counter allow pre adjusted number of bags to be piled. Teflon coated sealing bars's temperature can be adjusted steplessly. Cutting - Bag Making Machines can be produced in widths of 58 cm, 68 cm and 110 cm. Machines come with inverter device for AC motor speed control. After processing film in cutting machine, a hydrolic press is supplied to produce final t-shirt bags, shopping bags.

HOW are bags made

First machine of the bag production is blown film machine. Blown film machine converts polyethylene resin into film rolls. These rolls are produced according to required bag width. Bag gussets are given in this stage by film folding units located on blown film machine.

Film rolls are then put into flexo printing machine if any figure is required on bags.

After printing precess completed, film rolls are attached bag cutting machine to be cut and sealed in required bag length. If t-shirt type shopping bags are produced, a hydraulic punching press cuts handles.
